My Favorite Tree
Find me in my
favorite tree
Hanging, dangling,
feeling free
It’s where I always
long to be
So find me in my
favorite tree

Welcome to Bramblebriar, I'm Piper Quinn. Bramblebriar is my own little grove away from home, a place where I go to reflect and create. This little blog is an outlet for my river of thoughts, a garden for all my poetry and prose. I am excited to share with you and I hope that you will share with me too!
It's very hard to pick just one kind! When I go hiking in the woods by us, though, I have to say there is a particular grove of pine trees that just makes me pause and revere their beauty. They stand together, giants with proud arms of feather needles oftentimes against the backdrop of a cerulean sky.
ReplyDeleteThen again...the white birch, in her brilliant contrast to the others in the forest also makes me pause at her bold beauty...
I know! There's just so many to choose from! But you've made some excellent choices! I love pine trees, especially their scent. They look absolutely gorgeous in the winter when all their branches are filled with snow.
DeleteWhite birch! Another great tree! To see groves of them standing together hand-in-hand is a beautiful sight. There is a certain need to stop and drink in their beauty whenever you pass by them.
Thanks for your post!
